Emerging Researcher in Regenerative Medicine & Molecular Biology
I work at the intersection of molecular analysis, bioinformatics and disease biology. My projects focus on CRISPR-driven antimicrobial detection, liver fibrosis modelling, and the molecular pathways driving cancer progression.
I am an early-career researcher with interdisciplinary experience in molecular biology, tissue engineering, liver fibrosis, cancer progression, and CRISPR-based pathogen detection. Across my work, I aim to bridge experimental research with computational interpretation to understand disease mechanisms at the molecular level. My research has involved investigating SOX9-mediated liver repair, exploring ferroptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma, developing CRISPR-Cas12 diagnostic assays for antimicrobial resistance, and analyzing mitochondrial sirtuins through structural bioinformatics.
With hands-on experience in various laboratory techniques and computational analysis, I bridge the gap between wet lab and dry lab research.
